• How can I place an order on www.meatlift.com or Meat Lift App?

    You can easily order in three simple steps.

    1. Select one of our partner local Halal stores.
    2. Add desired items to your online shopping cart
    3. Check out smoothly after choosing your preferred delivery or collection time.

    You will receive an email confirmation from Meat Lift for successful receipt of your order and then a confirmation time from the store. You are recommended to signup with Meat Lift (rather than order as a guest) so that you can check your order history and easily reorder as and when you need to.

  • How can I check my order status?

    After placing an order with us:

    1. You will receive a confirmation mail for having successfully placing an order with us.
    2. You will then receive a confirmation from the store for acceptance (or rejection) of your order at the store.
    3. Finally when your order is ready for delivery or collection, you will receive both an email and SMS confirmation

    You can see all your active and past orders along with order status by logging into your account.

  • Is my payment information secure?

    Meat Lift secures online transactions of its customers via PayPal and such other reliable payment gateways that protect customer payment details so you can be assured that your card details are always secure when you order from us. Meat Lift does not save your card details or any such sensitive information.

  • Can I cancel my order?

    Yes. You can cancel your order anytime before one (1) hour of the time notified to you by the store for the collection or delivery of the order. For example, if the store has confirmed your order and notified to you that the order shall be ready for pick up at 3.00 p.m. then you may cancel by contacting us on ____________ or the store before 2.00 p.m.

  • Can I return my order?

    Yes. In case of order collection by you from the store, you will have to check the meat package on the premise of the store itself and return it in case of dissatisfaction with its contents. You may return the same within 24 hours time with its original packaging and in an unused condition.

    In case of order delivered to you, you will have to check the meat package delivered to you in presence of the delivery person and return it to him in case of any dissatisfaction with its contents. You may return the same within 24 hours time with its original packaging and in an unused condition.

  • How can I get a refund for my order?

    For the items returned by you, we shall endeavour to resolve any complaint and dispute that may arise on account of quality of products or services received by you. Complaints pertaining to the quality of goods shall be forwarded to the Store manager for further review and investigation. Upon confirmation from the store to process the refund, we shall initiate the refund process and the funds shall be reimbursed within 5 to 7 working days.

  • Can I revise my order?

    Yes. You may revise your order (upto 1 hour after placing the order) by directly calling the store with which you have placed the order or by contacting us at _______________.

  • Can I reschedule the time for my order?

    Yes. You may reschedule the time of pick-up or delivery of your order (upto 1 hour after placing th order) by directly calling the store with which you have placed the order or by contacting us at _______________.

    Yes. You are entitled to seek information on the Halal Certification and hygiene standards complied by the store.   • Do I need to have an account with Meat Lift to place an order?

    Not necessarily. It is preferred to have an account registered with Meat Lift so that you can avail offers and discounts offered at www.meatlift.com. By having an account with us, it would be convenient and easy for you to also reorder products and make changes to your orders. However, you can also place an order with us as a guest without having to setup an account with us.
